Happy Halloween

I love that I have a little one this year to dress up and take out for Halloween. I know he's a baby and won't understand, but I want him to have the memory when he grows up and it's so much fun for my husband and I.

I made this card using the Ghoulish Googlies designer kit. I love the little mummy from the Googly Ghouls Stamp set.

Here is what I did to the inside of my card...
This is my little monster! He was dressed up last week with a few of his friends for a photo op. I made this card twice and sent it to his Grandparents  with these two pictures inside. If you take one of the photos out (I used photo corners), it says Happy Halloween!
I hope everyone has a wonderful night out and stays safe!
Cardstock: Tangerine Tango, Lucky Limeade, Basic Black

Romantic Paris & Awesome Deals!

This stamp set has been one of my favorites since it came out and I don't use it enough. I take it off my shelf all the time and end up putting it back on the shelf because I never know what to do with it. Whenever I look at it, I think of Carrie in the last two episodes in Sex and the City and want to make a Romantic card.

This time, I actually picked it up and put it to good use. I CASE'd this card from Jessica at It is so pretty!

DSP:  Melon Mambo Brights Stacks, First Edition Specialty Paper.

Another little boy I know, turned one about a week ago and I made this cute card for him! This is one of the four cards we will be making at the October 23rd card class. There is still space available if you would like to join us.

Summer's Gone

I CASE'd this card for my class in September from Jen at She has created some great cards and I really fell in love with the layout.

The stamp set is called Summer Silhouette and I just can't believe how fast our summer flew by. This weekend was chilly, but sunny in the Ottawa area. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend spent outdoors by a bonfire and nice walks through the woods. I enjoyed every minute spent with my husband and little guy. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend with their families as well.
Cardstock: Real Red, Very Vanilla.
Ink: Real Red, Basic Black, Crumb Cake.
Stamps: Summer Silhouette, En Francais, Bring on the Cake.
Accessories: Scalloped Edge Punch.

Dora's First Birthday

We went to another first Birthday Party this weekend and the theme was "Dora the Explorer." The little girl loves Dora and I wanted a card to go along with the theme.

The colour theme was also purple and pink. I found Dora on the internet and printed her out on Whisper White cardstock. The Bubble above Dora's head was cut out free hand and then stamped with Petite Pairs. I was very happy with how the card turned out!

Another update: Thr first Christmas card class on November 6th, is filling up fast. If you would like to attend, please RSVP before November 2nd. Remember, both Christmas card classes are different and if you attend both, you will have 12 cards ready to address to your family & friends!

Ink: Melon Mambo
Stamps: Petite Pairs
